Education-record terms
The education-record processing terms are Sections 7 and 8 of the current Terms. They establish Customer instructions and direct control, the school-based OT purpose, legitimate-interest access, use and redisclosure limits, service-provider restrictions, rights assistance, incident handling, return, and deletion. A school or district must still authorize the workspace and determine the FERPA basis that applies.

Acceptance records and questions
Publishing a document does not activate a protected-data or claim workflow. The authenticated acceptance record identifies the Customer, signer, version, time, and applicable document hash.
