Features
Enter the current service plan once. Use those dates, minutes, goals, and service details to build the schedule, document sessions, and prepare reports.
01
See required and completed service minutes.
See the minutes required by the current plan, the minutes already completed, and what is left before the service period ends. If a student falls behind, they appear on the attention list so you can decide what to do next. Earlier plan versions stay in the student’s history.

02
Build your schedule around the school day.
Create a schedule draft around student availability, group size, no-pull times, campus travel, locked sessions, provider requirements, and A/B weeks. If a session won’t fit, the platform tells you why. The result stays a draft until you accept it.

03
Document each service.
Open the scheduled session, mark attendance, record minutes, and add each student’s response. For a group, enter the shared session once while attendance and responses stay individual. Only completed and approved minutes count as delivered service.

04
Create reports from your service notes and goal updates.
Goal observations, consultations, follow-up dates, and session history stay with the student. Choose a reporting period, review the dated records, write your progress summary, and decide when the report is final.
